For kids 11+, teens, and adults. Learn how to make these gorgeous star-shaped paper lights to decorate your room or get ready for a party. Each participant gets to make at least two lights. Free, but please register by calling the library (217-854-3505). Made possible by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council.
